E-Learning Developer – Contractor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote contractor to design, build and launch four digital learning courses on our client’s online learning platform. You will transform existing scripts, storyboards and presentation materials into interactive, high‑quality e‑learning modules that meet client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and structure online learning modules within an LMS/LXP environment.
• Convert scripts, outlines, storyboards and activities into fully functional e‑learning content.
• Implement interactive elements such as knowledge checks, quizzes, branching logic and learner feedback.
• Integrate video, images, downloadable resources and other media assets into each module.
• Maintain consistent formatting, pacing and user experience across all courses.
• Identify missing or low‑quality assets early and communicate gaps to the project team.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce visually consistent learning experiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with project teams to ensure technical soundness.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage deadlines in a remote environment.
