Enterprise Solutions Engineer (French)

About the role

NinjaOne is looking for a motivated Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between our platform and enterprise customers, partners, and prospects across the UK. The role combines pre‑sales engineering, implementation support, and ongoing technical advocacy, working closely with sales, product, and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and onboarding support for enterprise clients, explaining functional and technical aspects of NinjaOne’s solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept implementations, and technical training sessions for partners and customers.
• Resolve complex technical issues and answer product‑related questions.
• Liaise between Enterprise Account Executives and the Solutions team to secure additional technical assistance.
• Collaborate with enablement and partner teams to develop and execute sales strategies and create technical sales collateral.
• Maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Gather feedback on customer needs and convey insights to product management.
• Participate in partner events, trade shows, and conferences to promote NinjaOne’s solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in an enterprise‑focused environment.
• Strong technical background with proven proficiency in Windows operating systems, including registry and services.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical demos, PoCs, and training sessions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
