Entry-Level Customer Renewals Associate

About the role
This is an entry‑level position focused on customer renewals. You will engage with existing customers, help them through the renewal process, and contribute to revenue growth while receiving comprehensive training and coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with customers via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate notes and next‑step actions in the CRM system.
- Meet weekly targets for conversations, meetings booked, and renewal progress.
- Contact customers ahead of renewal dates to confirm details and timelines.
- Prepare simple quotes and track their status in the CRM.
- Escalate complex questions, identify easy upsell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- People‑first, positive, and resilient attitude.
- Clear communicator who appreciates structure and checklists.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Organised and self‑driven, taking ownership of daily results.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
- Excel for data tracking and reporting.
