Events Coordinator – Hospitality & Ticket Management

About the role

HSBC is seeking an Events Coordinator to support its UK Centre of Excellence for hospitality events. Working within the UK Partnerships team, you will help deliver high‑profile hospitality experiences across the country, primarily in London, on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocations, requests and ticket distribution for hospitality projects such as Royal Albert Hall boxes, Twickenham, and arena venues in Leeds and Liverpool.
• Oversee delegate management, including handling a shared inbox, responding to clients and internal stakeholders, and supporting event managers on key HSBC events.
• Create event communications – save‑the‑dates, invitations, joining instructions, host briefings and post‑event surveys.
• Support implementation and development of the Eventogy invitation platform, building templates and user guides.
• Coordinate ticketing for global brand partnerships (e.g., Open Golf, Badminton Women’s Open, Tottenham Hotspur) alongside the Global Brand Partnerships team.
• Manage corporate memberships, art pass distribution, and community content for the arts and culture programme.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget updates while liaising with Finance.
• Onboard new suppliers and help develop policies for the newly formed UK Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Experience in managing corporate hospitality and events.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting invitations and client correspondence.
• Pro‑active, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, small team.
• Self‑starter who can take initiative and seek support when needed.
