About the role
A 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover position for an experienced Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment. The role offers a hybrid working pattern (three days in the office, two days remote) and requires a polished, proactive professional comfortable at C‑suite level.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full executive and secretarial support to senior leadership.
- Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate board‑level sessions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and take minutes at senior meetings.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Monitor emails, handle confidential communications and manage purchase orders and expenses.
- Support projects, events and internal communications.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business while maintaining discretion.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting C‑suite or executive‑level stakeholders.
- Strong minute‑taking experience in senior meetings.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Professional, confident and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
