About the Position

Join a reputable contractor for an exciting, long-term infrastructure project based in Bideford. We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Groundworker to join our team immediately and contribute to high-quality construction works.

Main Missions

• Execute various groundworks and excavation tasks according to site specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site conditions to ensure efficient workflow.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with the site team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations on-site.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks and excavation.
• Must hold a valid CSCS card.
• Strong commitment to site safety and professional conduct.
• Ability to work consistently with a Monday to Friday schedule.
• Reliable, hardworking, and ready for an immediate start.
