About the Role

Working as a key member of our inspection service, you will collaborate closely with registered builders to guarantee that every home meets NHBC standards and stringent building regulations.

Main Missions

• Conduct on-site inspections at various construction stages to ensure compliance with NHBC standards and relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with site managers to identify, prevent, and resolve construction defects.
• Manage your own daily schedule autonomously, providing expert technical guidance on-site.
• Analyze construction processes and interactions between trades to support informed decision-making.
• Mitigate insurance risks by ensuring high-quality builds for homeowners.

Candidate Profile

• Proven, significant experience in the construction or housebuilding industry.
• Strong ability to build credibility and maintain professional relationships with site teams.
• Assertive communication skills with the ability to influence and manage disagreements effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of performing site visits, including working at heights.
• A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and industry standards.
