Financial Analyst / FP&A – UK

About the role

Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking a Financial Analyst / FP&A professional to join the Central Finance service team, reporting to the Director of Operational Finance UK/EU. The role will support revenue reporting, monthly P&L packs, forecasting and variance analysis while partnering with operational finance leaders across the hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accounting entries and produce monthly revenue and P&L reports.
• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Analyse actual results versus budget, identify performance drivers and present findings to senior management.
• Build and maintain financial models to predict growth, evaluate projects and support strategic initiatives.
• Gather, consolidate and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy for reporting.
• Collaborate with operational finance leaders to address commercial and operational issues and improve profitability.
• Support internal audit matters and update regional finance SOPs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a commercially focused finance role.
• Strong organisational ability and self‑prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Financial modelling and forecasting experience.
