About the role
Box is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand how Box’s intelligent content management platform can solve their business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and act as the initial contact for new prospects.
- Engage potential clients through calls, emails and coordinated marketing outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
- Build relationships with a diverse client base and facilitate conversations about Box solutions.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and clearly articulate how Box can meet those requirements.
- Consistently achieve quota targets for territorial revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate lead data and metrics in Salesforce, following Box’s standards.
- Occasionally close smaller deals independently.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong interest in outbound sales and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Proven experience engaging customers and resolving challenges.
- Excellent time‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
- Effective communication skills with a talent for identifying sales opportunities.
- Preferred: prior experience in lead generation or sales with a track record of meeting performance goals.
