About the role
As the front‑line ambassador of Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge, you will welcome guests, ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and create memorable experiences throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and attend to their needs.
- Manage check‑in, check‑out and billing accurately and efficiently.
- Handle telephone enquiries promptly and document internal and guest communications.
- Promote hotel facilities and upsell services using product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of charges and ensure timely posting.
- Support management and supervisors with additional duties as required.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Customer‑service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Prior experience with OPERA cloud is valued.
Required skills
- OPERA cloud (hotel property management system)
