Full Stack Developer (React/Node)

About the role

Global 4 is looking for a passionate Full‑Stack Developer to lead the design and delivery of cloud‑based, greenfield products. You will work remotely with occasional visits to our Horsham office, shaping the technical direction of a fast‑growing family‑run tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build cloud‑native system architectures and new in‑house products.
• Develop seamless CRM integrations and robust REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Provide code reviews, pair‑programming and mentorship for junior engineers.
• Improve development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines and overall engineering standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development using React.js, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of cloud/serverless platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Hands‑on experience building REST and SOAP APIs, with exposure to GraphQL.
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to process improvement.
