About the role
The Sales Associate will represent ALO’s brand in its Covent Garden store, delivering an authentic, mindful‑movement experience to every guest. This full‑time position focuses on driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and promoting the studio’s community and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets by leading initiatives and optimizing productivity.
- Provide a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment and engage customers with genuine connection.
- Educate guests on product features, benefits, fabric care, and the broader ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café).
- Analyze sales reports with leadership to develop action plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain effective floor coverage, visual merchandising, and daily product replenishment.
- Process shipments, ensure product flow, and uphold front‑ and back‑of‑house procedures.
- Support other store areas, including cashier duties, as needed.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to foster genuine connections through empathy, compassion, and integrity.
