Global Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

Designer Parfums is seeking a Global Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and launch of new fragrances and global campaigns for its iconic luxury fragrance portfolio. The role offers a blend of operational and creative responsibilities, working across London and Watford with one day of remote work each week.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of innovation projects, from fragrance selection to artwork and design, ensuring on‑time and in‑full delivery.
• Manage communications for product launches and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct consumer trend studies to define new concepts and future launches.
• Track marketing campaign performance in collaboration with the commercial team, analysing sell‑out versus in‑store and media investments.
• Assist the Senior Brand Manager in turning strategies into actionable plans that gain market share.
• Partner with agencies to develop breakthrough concepts, communications and assets.
• Support operational tasks such as budget tracking and preparation of key meeting materials (presentations, prototypes, fragrance samples, displays).
• Build and nurture relationships with licensors and third‑party agencies overseas.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with operational brand tasks and a solid understanding of selective luxury brands.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively.
• Passion for gaining practical brand‑management experience and delivering high‑quality projects.
