Graduate Design Engineer – Architecture (Retail Fit‑Out)

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Design Engineer with a background in architecture or interior design to join a leading retail fit‑out specialist in central London. You will support the delivery of large‑scale commercial store projects, working closely with senior designers, project managers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of commercial retail stores from concept to completion.
• Produce layouts and detailed drawings for client sign‑off.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and in‑store testing to ensure quality and compliance.
• Travel to customer sites across London and occasionally abroad.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong interest in retail environments and commercial fit‑out projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid office setting (up to two days remote).
• Willingness to travel as required.
