About the role
Neat is looking for bright and enthusiastic graduate software engineers to join its R&D team in Cambridge. You will contribute to the development of Pulse, a hybrid collaboration platform, working on everything from research and design to testing and delivery across the product suite.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high‑quality software using Go, Kotlin and TypeScript/React.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to create simple, intuitive products.
- Apply test‑centric design principles and ensure code is well‑tested.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain a strong engineering culture.
- Design technical solutions and architectures together with product and engineering teams.
- Research new technologies, evaluate options and present findings.
Required profile
- Excellent academic results from a leading university or demonstrable outstanding technical skills.
- Fluent in English and able to work autonomously while collaborating with teammates.
- Team‑player who thinks holistically, enjoys solving complex problems and seeks continuous learning.
- Passion for creating high‑impact technology products.
