Group Sales Administration Team Leader

About the role

The Group Sales Administration Team Leader will head a high‑performing team that provides centralised support to Sales Operations and Head Office Finance across seven Porsche Centres. You will act as the primary contact for all sales administration activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, compliance and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Sales Administration Team, allocating daily tasks and monitoring KPIs.
• Oversee accurate invoicing for new and used vehicle sales and ensure correct vehicle registration and taxation.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all vehicle transactions and manage company vehicle administration, including Porsche ECOS.
• Support deal file audits, payment settlements, reconciliations and alignment with accounting controls.
• Uphold CDD, AML and internal control standards, escalating risks as needed.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and support periodic quality checks.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong background in automotive sales administration within a franchised dealership.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, customer‑focused communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• Dealer Management Systems (DMS) proficiency
• Knowledge of ADP Autoline (Kerridge/Keyloop) – desirable
