Hospitality Host

About the role

The Hospitality Host will help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors by delivering high‑quality food and beverage service and maintaining excellent presentation standards within the care home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient food and drink service to residents and guests.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑presented dining and communal areas.
• Support the Hospitality Manager and Home Manager in daily operations.
• Assist with setting up meals, snacks, and special events.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in food and beverage service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Motivational attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
