About the role
As a Housekeeping Team Member you will ensure that guest rooms and suites are clean, fresh and welcoming. You will work in a busy hotel environment, supporting guests with small requests and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet brand standards.
- Provide guests with items such as toothbrushes or directions when requested.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, minimise waste and log lost‑and‑found items.
- Assist with deep‑cleaning projects, turndown service and other ad‑hoc tasks.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
Required profile
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage supplies.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
- Safety‑conscious and able to use protective equipment.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; training will be provided.
