Housing Coordinator (Full‑time & Part‑time) – Richmond & Wandsworth

About the role

Hestia is seeking dedicated Housing Coordinators to manage its refuge sites in Richmond (part‑time) and Wandsworth (full‑time). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, welcoming environments for survivors of domestic abuse.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of refuge buildings, ensuring compliance with PIPE standards.
• Coordinate health and safety procedures and manage contractor relationships.
• Monitor and action repairs and maintenance tasks promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using computer‑based systems.
• Build positive relationships with neighbours, local partners, and the wider community.

Required profile

• Good general education or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in housing or supported accommodation settings.
• Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn and align with Hestia’s values; lived experience is valued.

• Ability to analyse basic financial information.
• Basic maintenance abilities.
