Join a global leader in consumer health and wellbeing as an HR Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key support pillar for our HR Business Partners, ensuring operational excellence and providing high-quality guidance to our employees and management teams.

Main Missions

• Collaborate closely with HRBPs and HR Advisors to drive business objectives, local projects, and global HR programs.
• Manage employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
• Act as the first point of contact for advice regarding HR policies, processes, and self-service portal transactions.
• Oversee the management of employee service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of HR policies and organizational procedures.
• Support various HR projects and data-driven initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and labor regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
