About the role
We are recruiting an experienced Human Resources Administrator for a logistics client based in Chatham. This temp‑to‑perm position offers a fast‑paced environment where you can make an immediate impact on the HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondence.
- Support recruitment administration when required.
- Handle employee queries professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Capable of managing a busy workload and prioritising effectively.
