Intermediate Construction Planner – Mixed-Use Student Accommodation

About the role

An ambitious Intermediate Planner is required to support the planning and delivery of a landmark mixed‑use student accommodation development in London. This role offers greater responsibility and a clear pathway towards a Senior Planner position within a Tier‑1 contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes for the project.
• Collaborate closely with project, commercial and site management teams.
• Produce regular progress reports and programme updates.
• Assist with risk analysis, mitigation planning and programme optimisation.
• Support tender preparation and live‑project planning activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a planning role within the construction sector.
• Background working on residential, mixed‑use, student accommodation or major building projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ambitious attitude with a desire to progress within a leading contractor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
