Investor Relations Associate (London)

About the role

We are an international investment platform focused on real estate and private equity across the UK, US and other key markets. We are looking for an Investor Relations Associate based in London to support capital formation and investor reporting in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage DDQs, RFPs, ODD requests, ESG questionnaires and other investor diligence materials.
• Build, organise and maintain the investor data room and a library of standard responses, documents and templates.
• Coordinate with finance, fund administrators, legal counsel and senior leadership to collect and package accurate information for investors and prospects.
• Support the preparation of investor updates, quarterly reports, board materials, fundraising decks and ad‑hoc communications.
• Track investor requests, follow‑ups and reporting deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, investor pipelines and contact databases with high accuracy.
• Help standardise IR processes to improve speed, quality and reduce senior‑team dependency.
• Collaborate closely with the senior IR/capital formation lead on fundraising and relationship‑management activities.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising support, capital formation, private‑markets operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience handling DDQs, investor diligence materials and reporting requests.
• Excellent written communication with a strong eye for detail.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with finance, legal and senior leadership in a lean, fast‑paced environment.
• Professional judgement, responsiveness and a high ownership mindset.
