IT Service Desk Technician – London

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our London office. The role focuses on delivering L1/L2 technical support to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and printer issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning and licensing.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes and maintain accurate asset records.
• Monitor endpoint security, apply patches and manage antivirus solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in an IT support or service‑desk environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or ITIL are a plus.
