IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst who enjoys helping people and simplifying technology. You will be the first friendly point of contact for our team, supporting day‑to‑day operations and contributing to longer‑term system improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT queries, providing friendly and effective end‑user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues for office and remote users.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring equipment and accounts are set up correctly.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, handling user accounts, licenses and device security baselines.
• Support CRM, telephony and other operational platforms, maintaining role‑based access control.
• Use Power Automate to automate internal processes and reduce manual work.
• Document IT processes and share knowledge with other technology teams.
• Identify and raise risk events, complete mandatory compliance training and champion FCA Conduct Rules.
