IT Support Analyst – London

About the role

As an IT Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for all technology queries across Artfarm’s diverse hospitality portfolio. Working on‑site in London, you will help keep the business running smoothly by delivering fast, effective solutions to users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot meeting‑room technology and end‑user devices.
• Support overall office infrastructure and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Assist with day‑to‑day IT operations, including asset management and system monitoring.
• Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, audits and system roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent service in a fast‑moving hospitality environment.
• Comfortable working on‑site daily in London.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests.
