IT Technician – Managed Service Provider (Cambridge)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join a fast‑growing Managed Service Provider in Cambridge. You will deliver high‑quality technical support and maintain client IT infrastructures, ensuring smooth daily operations for a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, licensing and troubleshooting.
• Support and maintain Windows Server platforms, performing routine updates and configuration tasks.
• Manage ticket queues, prioritize incidents and communicate resolutions to end‑users.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and document IT solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Residency in the United Kingdom and ability to work on‑site in Cambridge.
