About the role

Join Invesco’s Investment20/20 Programme as a Junior Compliance Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This entry‑level position offers school leavers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in regulatory compliance within a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing and submitting routine regulatory reports under supervision.
• Support data gathering, validation and follow‑up with internal stakeholders.
• Help create materials for internal reporting and presentations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day use of regulatory monitoring systems.
• Address data quality issues, perform reconciliations and track exceptions.
• Draft and maintain compliance procedures and support regulatory‑change projects.
• Review regulatory updates that affect reporting requirements.
• Assist in keeping internal policies aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the GRR team.
• Contribute to process‑improvement, scalability and operational‑resilience initiatives.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams on reporting activities.
