Junior Dealer / Business Development Manager

About the role

The Junior Dealer / Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring and managing clients with international payment and FX needs. Working within the Equals Group, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and onboarding to transaction execution and ongoing account growth—while supporting day‑to‑day payment activity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn to identify businesses requiring international payments and FX services.
• Build and maintain an individual pipeline of prospective clients through to conversion.
• Arrange and deliver introductory meetings, product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle, prepare proposals, discuss pricing within agreed parameters and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Onboard and convert clients independently, providing ongoing support as the primary relationship contact.
• Maintain regular client contact to drive transaction frequency and identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional products such as cards.

• Commercially driven and proactive with a strong interest in fintech and international payments.
• Detail‑oriented, confident in managing client relationships and executing transactions.
• Ability to work within defined risk and compliance frameworks.
• Ambitious attitude to grow a portfolio and contribute to team revenue.
