Junior Designer

About the role

Join Loungers' creative team in central Bristol as a Junior Designer. You will support the design and delivery of new openings and refurbishments across the Loungers, Cosy Club and Brightside brands, turning design concepts into detailed technical drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Produce AutoCAD drawings including site plans, floor plans, elevations, lighting and bar layouts.
• Work within project budgets, gather quotes and coordinate procurement of design elements.
• Attend site visits to support openings and refurbishments.
• Manage your own schedule and travel across multiple live projects.
• Source and order samples, research new products and maintain the sample library.
• Update brand design packs to ensure consistency across all sites.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to uphold brand standards.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude.
• Clear communicator comfortable working with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Genuine interest in design history and a strong creative background.

Required skills

• AutoCAD for layouts, elevations and product design.
• Excel for budgets, procurement and tracking.
• Adobe Suite (bonus).
