Junior Legal Counsel – Creative Sector (1-2 PQE)

About the role

This is a unique opportunity for a junior lawyer with up to two years of post‑qualification experience to join a leading independent creative studio in London. You will work within the Legal & Business Affairs team, supporting a wide range of advertising, production and media projects that shape culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on advertising, production and media matters.
• Draft and negotiate talent, music and content agreements.
• Manage commercial contracts and client relationships across multi‑channel campaigns.
• Protect intellectual property and brand assets.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulation and clearance processes.
• Support multi‑disciplinary teams on film, audio, experiential, events and digital projects.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with up to 2 years PQE, preferably in commercial, media, IP or TMT law.
• Strong drafting and commercial awareness.
• Curious, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Genuine interest in the creative, media and advertising sectors.
• Willingness to take responsibility from day one.
