About the role

We are an AI‑focused startup building the first engineering hub in London to support fast‑growing logistics and supply‑chain products. As a Junior Software Engineer you will join a high‑performance team, work directly with senior engineers in New York, and ship production‑ready features from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack applications using Python and Next.js.
• Ship production features end‑to‑end across live client environments.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams in London and New York.
• Solve real operational problems with AI‑driven solutions.
• Take ownership of projects early in your career.

Required profile

• Strong academic background (top Russell Group or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, independent mindset.
