Junior Software Engineer

About the role

Join a London‑based startup that is transforming the aviation industry with cutting‑edge software. As a Junior Software Engineer you will help build and scale mission‑critical products that support complex operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high‑performance services using Rust, Flutter/Dart and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product managers and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable code.
• Contribute to a distributed, federated architecture and ensure system observability.
• Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong academic record (top grades at A‑level/IB or a 1st‑class STEM degree from a top UK university).
• Demonstrated passion for software development through personal projects or internships.
• For recent graduates: relevant internship experience and compelling side projects.
• For experienced candidates: proven track record of shipping sophisticated, mission‑critical software.
• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
