Main Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service by warmly welcoming visitors and assisting with inquiries.
• Drive sales through proactive upselling of food and beverage products and highlighting current promotions.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently during high-traffic periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kiosk area to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet sales targets and uphold Delaware North's excellence standards.

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience or formal qualifications are required; we value attitude and energy!
• Must be physically able to remain standing for the entire duration of the service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, aligned with event schedules.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages and certain meat products.
