Lead Development Representative – Europe & South America

About the role
The Lead Development Representative (LDR) joins RIB’s regional marketing team in London and acts as the bridge between marketing‑generated leads and the sales organisation across Europe and South America. You will ensure that inbound and campaign‑driven leads are qualified quickly, enriched accurately and handed over to sales in a timely manner, directly influencing pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify, nurture and convert inbound and marketing‑sourced leads into sales‑ready opportunities.
- Manage lead follow‑up, routing and progression using Salesforce and LeanData, adhering to defined service‑level agreements.
- Maintain high standards of CRM and marketing data quality, enrichment and governance.
- Collaborate with marketing, SDR/BDR and sales teams to ensure smooth hand‑off and shared KPIs.
- Track, report and optimise MQL volume, conversion rates and funnel velocity at a regional level.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience in lead development, inside sales or marketing operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with LeanData for lead routing.
- Experience using Pardot or similar marketing automation tools.
