Leadership & Management Training Contractor (Welsh bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Leadership & Management Training professionals to join Cognition Evolve’s growing network of contractors in the UK. The role involves delivering bespoke development programmes for junior, middle and senior managers, both in‑person and virtually, with a strong focus on the Welsh market.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and client organisations to design and deliver high‑quality leadership and management programmes.
• Support cohorts of managers through delivery, coaching and qualification pathways such as ILM.
• Create engaging interventions that challenge and develop individual managers while meeting organisational goals.
• Deliver training and assessment in Welsh or bilingually (Welsh/English) as required.

Required profile

• A qualification in Leadership/Management or significant experience in a management role.
• Proven track record of delivering leadership and management learning in corporate, vocational or tertiary settings.
• Experience in assessment, preferably ILM or CAVA qualifications.
• Creative, adaptable and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent Welsh (spoken and written) – essential or highly desirable.

Required skills

• ILM qualification (or equivalent).
• CAVA assessment qualification (preferred).
• Welsh language proficiency (spoken and written).
