About the role
Lecturers at Metanoia Institute provide academic leadership to ensure high‑quality teaching, learning and student success. They are responsible for curriculum development, assessment design, quality assurance and the delivery of modules across a range of programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development and continuous improvement for assigned programmes.
- Design and oversee assessments, ensuring robust quality assurance processes.
- Deliver modules, including lectures, seminars and workshops, and support student learning.
- Administer course documentation and contribute to academic administration.
- Promote inclusive, innovative teaching practices and support staff and student wellbeing.
Required profile
- Engage in training for pedagogy, research and leadership.
- Seek mentoring, participate in peer observation and build professional networks.
- Represent Metanoia Institute at professional bodies, conferences, seminars and sector publications.
