Lecturer in Travel and Aviation

About the role

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part‑time Lecturer in Travel and Aviation to join the Slough and Langley College team from September 2026. You will be responsible for shaping the next generation of cabin crew and aviation professionals through engaging, practice‑based teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 18.5 hours per week of lectures, workshops and role‑play sessions for travel and aviation students.
• Develop and update curriculum and learning materials that reflect current industry standards.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback and support progression.
• Collaborate with industry partners such as the London Heathrow Employment and Skills Academy.
• Maintain accurate teaching records and contribute to departmental development.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in aviation, travel, hospitality or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience, preferably in further education or vocational settings.
• Strong knowledge of cabin crew roles, aviation service standards and industry trends.
• Ability to create immersive, interactive learning experiences.
• Commitment to part‑time (0.5 FTE) schedule and onsite teaching.
