Lecturer – Travel & Aviation (Part‑time)

About the role

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part‑time Lecturer in Travel and Aviation to join the Slough and Langley College team from August 2026. You will deliver engaging, industry‑focused teaching to aspiring cabin crew and aviation professionals, helping them develop the practical skills needed for successful careers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 18.5 hours per week of lectures, workshops and practical sessions.
• Design and facilitate role‑play and interactive scenario‑based learning activities.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of aviation industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with industry partners such as the London Heathrow Employment and Skills Academy.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the aviation service sector, preferably as cabin crew or trainer.
• Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners in a college environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
