Legal Advisor – Graduate Position

About the role

This graduate Legal Advisor role supports G4S’s UK Facilities Management business, focusing on public‑sector contracts. You will work within a supportive legal team, providing practical advice to operational and commercial colleagues while ensuring compliance and confidence across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and proposals in line with G4S standards.
• Advise the business on commercial and legal risks and help mitigate them.
• Support the business in meeting its contractual obligations.
• Prepare and review contracts, summaries and related documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent academic record with a commercial legal degree.
• Solid understanding of contract and commercial law in England or Scotland.
• Strong drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
