Join Digital Catapult as a Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in a technology-driven environment. We are looking for a curious and proactive legal professional to represent our legal team, provide strategic advice, and support our business growth through expert contract management and risk mitigation.

Missions principales

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, procurement, and collaborative R&D contracts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate key legal and business risks for the organization.
• Provide expert legal guidance and support to various business departments and managers.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop practical toolkits, guides, and templates for internal use.
• Deliver training sessions on legal frameworks, internal policies, and compliance matters.

Profil recherché

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong background in commercial and contract law, including GDPR and Anti-Bribery/Corruption (ABC).
• Proven experience in Intellectual Property (IP) and Information Technology (IT) law.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, handle shifting priorities, and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
