LPG Engineer – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

Flogas is looking for a motivated LPG Engineer to join its 1,350‑strong team. Reporting to the Consumer Engineering Manager – Metered Estates, you will work alongside experienced engineers to install, maintain and certify LPG systems in homes and businesses across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections at customer premises and Flogas LPG sites.
• Install LPG vessels, pipework, and auxiliary equipment on‑site.
• Perform testing, purging, commissioning and issue certification for each installation.
• Handle heavy manual tasks safely, with training provided.
• Interpret and follow installation drawings and plans.

Required profile

• Valid UK Category B driving licence (light vehicle up to 3.5 t).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime when required.
• Willingness to work away from home Monday‑Friday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full ACS Certification covering Regulators, Meters and Vessels.
• Current CSCS card.
