About the Position

Join Halliwell, a premium residential and nursing care facility located on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our home remains a safe, beautiful, and welcoming environment for all our residents.

Main Missions

• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in the safe and efficient management of the premises.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional maintenance services directly to residents.
• Perform building upkeep, including painting, decorating, and renovation of various areas.
• Maintain both indoor spaces and outdoor grounds to high standards.
• Conduct regular health and safety checks and ensure all security procedures are strictly followed.

Profile Required

• No prior experience or specific diploma is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and facility upkeep.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a respectful and caring attitude toward elderly residents.
• Ability to work independently and follow strict safety protocols.
