Management Accountant – Finance & Controlling

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth’s Glenrothes site as a Management Accountant and become a key member of a four‑person controlling team. You will own product costing, variance analysis and forecasting for hydraulic motors and components, working closely with operations, procurement and site leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain standard costing and product cost calculations in SAP, setting and updating the planned cost baseline.
• Analyse variances against planned costs, explain drivers and communicate P&L impact.
• Own the rolling forecast, model scenarios and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare month‑end close activities and translate performance into commercial drivers for leadership.
• Partner with cost‑centre managers to track budgets, investigate root causes and act as the finance contact for non‑finance teams.
• Evaluate business cases, profitability and risk for capex and improvement projects.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities in reporting and automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICA).
• Strong analytical mindset and desire to build a finance career in industry.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP costing and financial modules.
