Management Systems Auditor – West Midlands

About the role

As a Management Systems Auditor you will support clients in achieving ISO certifications across a range of standards. You will conduct on‑site and remote audits, prepare reports and present findings to help organisations improve their environmental, health & safety and quality management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out audits against ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 (or other standards as required).
• Interact with clients of various sizes, from small businesses to global brands, to guide them through the assessment process.
• Document audit evidence, write clear audit reports and communicate findings and improvement recommendations.
• Travel to client sites in the West Midlands and surrounding areas while also performing remote assessments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant standards and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a resilient, agile approach.
• Experience in at least one of the core ISO standards (14001, 45001, 9001).
• Relevant health, safety or environmental certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are highly desirable.
• Background in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, water management or highway schemes is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental management.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 occupational health & safety.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management.
• IOSH certification (or equivalent).
• NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
