Missions principales

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a dedicated team of 5 production and warehouse staff members.
• Production Management: Plan and manage production schedules to align with customer demand and optimize output.
• Warehouse & Logistics Oversight: Supervise picking, packing, and timely dispatch operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous product quality control standards and ensure all activities comply with safety regulations.
• Inventory Control: Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and coordinate closely with the Purchasing department to prevent shortages.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong background in warehouse operations, including pick & pack and inventory management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
