About the role
We are looking for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our fast‑paced GIS solutions provider in Okehampton, Devon. The role combines administrative support with digital marketing responsibilities, helping to maintain our online presence and provide excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and provide front‑desk customer support.
- Maintain and update the company website and create engaging written content for web and social media.
- Produce graphic design assets and written copy for digital and print channels using Adobe and Canva.
- Manage social media accounts, online product portals and content calendars.
- Handle general office tasks, documentation and liaise with clients as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a small team.
