Marketing Co‑ordinator – Part Time

About the role

BDO Christchurch is seeking a part‑time Marketing Co‑ordinator to bring national campaigns to life locally, support client communications and keep marketing activities on‑brand and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate the local delivery of national client marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Implement and support locally driven marketing activity aligned with strategy and priorities.
• Work with national clients and the marketing team to co‑ordinate client communications.
• Manage client email marketing distribution lists and ensure compliance.
• Support events, webinars and sponsorship activities.
• Help improve processes and documentation to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in a marketing, communications or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a professional services environment.
• Ability to balance national consistency with local needs within global brand/governance frameworks.
• A relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline is desirable.

Required skills

• Experience with a Content Management System (CMS).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Use of event management tools.
