About the role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to drive commercial growth for a well‑established engineering and machinery business serving the UK manufacturing sector. This hands‑on position works closely with sales and senior leadership to deliver practical marketing activities that generate measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day marketing across digital and offline channels, including website updates, email campaigns, brochures, presentations and other collateral.
- Create compelling case studies, customer success stories and testimonials that reinforce the brand.
- Coordinate with external SEO specialists and a telesales lead‑generation partner to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support sales teams in pipeline growth, aligning marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Maintain consistent, professional brand messaging across all content.
Required profile
- Commercially minded marketing professional with a strong ownership mindset.
- Enjoys variety, autonomy and making a visible impact in a technically focused SME.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and external agencies.
