Member Experience Coach

About the role

Signature Health & Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic, people‑focused Member Experience Coach to join our team. In this part‑time role you will deliver high‑quality Small Group Personal Training, support members’ nutrition and wellness goals, and help create a supportive, high‑energy gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach small‑group personal training sessions, ensuring correct technique and safety.
• Build strong relationships with members, providing motivation, accountability and progress tracking.
• Offer guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits and overall wellness.
• Maintain a clean, safe training environment and uphold company standards.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to foster a welcoming community.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exercise techniques safely.
• Knowledge of nutrition and wellness principles.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous fitness or coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Level 3 Personal Training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM).
